What It’s All About

“Every day, push yourself past your own mind-created limits and soon your old limits become your new normal”

This might be considered a Bio but I kept it brief because my blog shares everything anyone would want to know about me.

My Mission

I have a mission to inspire and motivate others to become the best versions of themselves. No matter what that may look like today, if it changes tomorrow, even if it morphs into something completely different in the future. It is our purpose to live our lives as we enjoy and see fit. Not based on what others believe us to need to be. We are the only ones that know who we truly are and what makes us complete. Happy. Whole.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2019 and it changed my life, it literally flipped it on its head. In a good way. It changed my mindset. It made me realize that I was blessed with one life and one body to live that life in.

When I thought about it, I knew I had to change. Change everything, the way I took movement for granted, the way I was supposedly fueling my body. I need to work on balance in my mind and body and nutritionally support my mind and body as I went. Life was not something I was just going through, I wanted to live every single moment. And that is why I have my mission and that is why I am going to create the best version of myself and help others realize their true self. Whatever that may look like.

“The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any. Don’t let your mind make up stories about what you can and can’t do”

You may ask yourself, why is it my mission, my goal to inspire and motivate others…

  • It makes me feel like I have purpose and can add value to others lives and my own.

  • I have Multiple Sclerosis and feel the need to share my story in order to not feel alone. To build awareness of this invisible disease.

  • I let others stifle me and held myself hostage in a closet for far too long.

  • We all have to be motivated, perhaps I can help find your motivation / inspiration.

  • I consider life to be a journey. Much like success, it’s a journey, not a destination. Let’s live!

  • Being authentic and honest with myself and others might just show you that I am a safe place.

  • I have committed to become the best version of myself, it isn’t easy every day and sometimes I completely miss the mark. But in the end, I know I hold the pencil to my story.

  • Life is worth living and I want to show people how it can be the best life possible, with optimal health. Not just physical, but mental and emotional. We are a package deal, I want to have you see the entire package and help you make it wonderful.
